Palm Springs Launches New LGBT Website

Palm Springs, CA – May 5, 2010 – The Palm Springs Bureau of Tourism has launched a new website,, as the official online resource for LGBT travelers.

The new website showcases the collection of nearly 30 gay and lesbian-owned and/or operated resorts and guesthouses, including many that are clothing optional. Large photos and descriptions of each lodging property, attraction, restaurant and retail store allow the visitor to review and build their own travel plans. features include:

Several of the LGBT resorts are offering summer travel discounts, including free night offers through September 30, 2010 on In addition, the Desert Gay Tourism Guild is promoting its own, “Summer Splash” featuring special events and travel packages to Palm Springs.
